The Members

The Masters and Mistresses Association (MMA) has grown from a handful of close friends in the beginning to an association with  a membership of many thousands across the world from all walks of life. Some of these may never ever meet other members.

But what they all share is their love of being a Master or Mistress. This love can be anything from occasional sexual games involving domination and submission through to a lifestyle where they live it in some form all day, every day. This 24/7 lifestyle can vary from being unseen in public with some members to others being totally open to the world.

Some members aren’t just solely a dominant with a sub, some have a D/s family.  These families may have more than one submissive all of equal rank in the family, or their may be a hierarchy. In the latter, it may be that a Master or Mistress allows their submissive to have their own submissive. Members like this are often called switches and can be naturally dominant and submissive, but more often than not they are given this role to play by their Master or Mistress.

The Association is however only open to Masters and Mistresses, not submissives. Submissives are recorded on the Master’s or Mistress’ membership record but have no say in the Association.

While it is not known if there any celebrity or famous people who are members, there are certainly some that enjoy wearing fetish fashion in public, as can be seen below**.
