Association Staff

Across the world, at the various MMA properties, full time staff are employed in roles from housekeeping to  medical staff. Obviously, these staff need training in their specific roles before being permitted to work in their desired roles, so the Association has specialist trainers in all the required roles. These full time trainers move around the various locations to train new staff as and when necessary. While these trainers are unpaid, the Association sees to all their needs from accommodation to travel and health costs.

Maids and medical staff positions are two very sort after roles, and few stay more than two or three roles before inevitably finding a Master, Mistress or submissive who they meet and form relationships with.

Trainers, not only train new MMA staff but can also be called upon to train, mentor and assist new Masters and Mistresses in specific skills. All staff are occasionally involved in training submissives sent to one of the MMA locations by their Master or Mistress to undergo particular training.
